Welcome to www.vizall.com.au (“we”, “us”, “our” and “Vizall”), a software as a service (SAAS) web application owned and operated by Kemmac Systems. We offer three tiers of payment, including a free option, a pro option, and a business option, with both monthly and annual subscription options available. Our goal is to provide you with the best possible service and experience. In order to ensure that both you and we are fully aware of your rights and obligations, please take the time to carefully read this Subscription and Refund Policy.
Subscription Terms

- Subscription Plans: Our website offers three payment options, including Free, Pro and Business. Our Free plan is available at no cost and provides limited access to our platform. Our Pro and Business plans offer more advanced features and access to additional resources. The exact features and resources included in each plan can be found on our pricing page.

- Payment Terms: Payments for Pro and Business plans must be made in advance on a monthly or annual basis. Monthly payments will be charged on a recurring basis on the same day of each month as the original subscription date. Annual payments will be charged once per year on the anniversary of the original subscription date. There are no-refunds for our services.

- Billing Information: You must provide accurate and complete billing information, including a valid credit card, PayPal account, or other payment method approved by us. You are responsible for keeping this information up-to-date and for promptly reporting any changes.

- Auto-Renewal: Your subscription will automatically renew on a monthly or annual basis, depending on the payment option you have chosen.

- Upgrade/Downgrade: You may upgrade or downgrade your subscription at any time. Upgrades will take effect immediately and will result in a pro-rated charge for the remainder of the billing period. Downgrades will take effect on the next billing cycle.
- Termination: You may cancel your subscription at any time by logging into your account and following the cancellation process. Upon cancellation, your account will be downgraded to the Free plan, and you will no longer be charged.
